Getting started with Rootmade Reviews

Work through the path

1. Install Rootmade Reviews from its Shopify App Store listing and open it in Shopify admin.
2. In Settings → Integrations, choose Default delivery. Verify an own sender only if you want to send from your store’s domain.
3. In Settings → Collect, choose request timing. Use Email templates to check your Default messages.
4. In Online Store → Themes → Edit theme, open a product template and add a Rootmade Reviews app block. Save and check a product on that template.
5. Check the first invitation and storefront result before enabling invitations for customers.

Keep the result understandable

Use a representative product or workflow first, check the storefront experience on mobile and keep a record of any mapping or provider decision that another teammate may need to repeat.
