Contact RootmadeClear allowances. Each unique order counts once when its review invitation cycle starts, regardless of products or split shipments. Each order allows an initial invitation, one reminder or manual resend, and one thank-you email. Klaviyo invitation orders also count; merchant notifications do not. Media storage is a total allowance and does not reset monthly.
There are no automatic overage charges. At the order limit, new invitations wait for the next period or an upgrade. Follow-ups for orders already counted continue within their sending cycle. At the storage limit, new media uploads stop; existing reviews and exports remain available.
Growth and Pro are billed per store every 30 days through Shopify, excluding applicable taxes. Trial eligibility and the start of charges appear on Shopify’s approval screen. Klaviyo subscriptions and sending fees are separate.

Which themes are supported?
Rootmade uses app blocks for Online Store 2.0 themes. Add them through your theme editor to the templates you use. Older themes are not supported.
Can I bring my existing reviews?
Yes. Use CSV or a Yotpo export and preview product matches before importing. Read the import guide.
Do I need an email provider?
No. Default delivery is included. You can verify your own sender address, or use your own Klaviyo flows on Growth or Pro.
What do the paid plans add?
Growth adds Q&A, attribute filters, extra widget controls, product grouping, Klaviyo and outgoing webhooks. Pro adds separate marketing and customer service inboxes, handoff, automatic problem flagging and publication deadlines. Compare the plans.
