Work through the path

Open Plan in Rootmade to see your current order allowance, reserved invitations, reset date and media storage.
Choose or change a plan through Shopify. Paid plans offer a 14-day trial when offered on Shopify’s approval screen.
When the order allowance is full, new invitations wait for the next period or an upgrade. Follow-ups for orders already counted continue within their sending cycle. Full storage prevents new media uploads; existing reviews remain available.
Export review data from Import/Export. Use Settings → Privacy & data for customer data handling.

Storage is a total allowance, not a monthly upload bundle. There are no automatic overage charges. External Klaviyo subscriptions and sending costs are separate.

Keep the result understandable

Use a representative product or workflow first, check the storefront experience on mobile and keep a record of any mapping or provider decision that another teammate may need to repeat.
